IMPLEMENTASI E-COURT DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PROSES PERADILAN (STUDI KASUS PADA PENGADILAN AGAMA SRAGEN)

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the e-court system in enhancing the efficiency of judicial processes at the Sragen Religious Court. The research method used is normative legal research. The findings indicate that the adoption of e-court has improved judicial efficiency through features such as e-filing, e-payment, e-summons, and e-litigation. This system enables case registration, fee payments, summons, and court
proceedings to be conducted electronically, thereby reducing time, costs, and administrative burdens. In 2024, 50% of cases at the Sragen Religious Court were processed through e-court, marking a significant increase
compared to the previous year. However, the study also identifies several challenges, including technological infrastructure limitations and low digital literacy among the public. To address these issues, the Sragen Religious Court has provided an e-court corner and conducted public outreach through social media. Overall, e-court has successfully supported the realization of a simple, fast, and low-cost judiciary, although further efforts are needed to improve accessibility and public understanding of this system
