Abstract

The development of health offerings that can be done online or online, easy health services, and the globalization of production and distribution in the pharmaceutical sector have led to an increase in global pharmacies online with a percentage of 200%. This is something of positive value if the drug sales business actors are people or entities that have received permits and have met the requirements set by the Law. The illegal distribution of hard drugs can be subject to Article 197 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning health with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a fine of Rp 1.5 billion. And can be charged with drug abuse with Article 198 of Law No. 36 of 2009 which is written; Every person who does not have the expertise and authority to carry out pharmaceutical practice as referred to in Article 108 is sentenced to a maximum fine of Rp 100 million. According to articles 197 and 198 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, perpetrators of the crime of selling sedatives online can be subject to a maximum prison sentence of 15 years and a maximum fine of Rp 1,500,000,000.00 (one billion five hundred million rupiah).
